What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build customer relationships and business growth through commercial credit, underwriting, financial analysis, portfolio management, and customer-focused solutions in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

I've supported commercial credit and underwriting at American Express across Latin American and Global Dollar Card markets, partnering with Sales, Risk, Servicing, and Strategy teams to strengthen enterprise customer relationships. I led the CriskCo campaign, growing evaluated credit lines from USD $4.7M to USD $18.5M in 2024.

My work combines financial and risk analysis, portfolio management, negotiation, and customer-focused credit solutions. I've been recognized with three Customer Story nominations and one award for exceptional customer service, and I work bilingually in English and Spanish.
