At AfroCentric Medscheme, I designed and implemented an enterprise-wide Data Governance Framework across healthcare business domains. I also established data ownership, stewardship, and controls for sensitive information, strengthening POPIA compliance.

I designed a governed Snowflake-based data platform using a medallion architecture approach, enabling trusted and secure data consumption across analytical workloads. I also defined target-state BI and data architecture solutions for strategic programmes.

At PathCare, I established the foundational Enterprise Data Architecture capability and introduced standards, governance processes, and modelling practices. I also introduced Data Quality and Master Data Management disciplines to strengthen confidence in operational and reporting information.

As an Independent Consultant, I delivered data analytics and reporting solutions for public-sector clients, turning survey and operational data into management insight. My work also included statistical and geographic analysis supporting service delivery planning and programme evaluation.
