At METHODS, an ALTEN company, I’ve taken complex operational, data and governance challenges from discovery through requirements, solution design, MVP delivery and operational change. I connect stakeholder evidence with data, governance and architecture, keeping needs traceable through backlogs, validation and handover.
On Reporting Transformation, I led initiatives from discovery and product definition into MVP delivery across Security and Resilience, Operational Expenditure, and Knowledge, Information and Records Management reporting. I translated business questions into product visions, KPIs, data models and prioritised backlogs, then worked with delivery teams to validate reporting outputs.
For the FrontDoor Transformation, I led work to redesign demand intake, triage, prioritisation and pipeline management. I introduced an Analytic Hierarchy Process weighted-scoring model and Priority Score Calculator, and worked with technical teams to configure Jira as the programme’s governed source of truth.
Earlier, at CRISP, now Resolver, I owned end-to-end billing processes and developed Cluvio dashboards while improving reporting governance and data quality. I’ve also worked on data migration, Ethical AI assurance, cloud architecture discovery and valuation reporting across public sector, SaaS, risk intelligence and automotive organisations.
