What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a data leadership role where I can own BI/MI delivery, governance, and scalable Azure architectures—partnering with stakeholders to automate reporting, strengthen data quality, and modernise platforms like Fabric with measurable business impact.

I am a data and analytics professional with experience across financial services, insurance, and commercial sectors. My work has focused on data governance, reporting, lineage, and scalable data architecture, with a consistent emphasis on improving data quality, strengthening controls, and supporting reliable data flows across business and technology teams.

I have delivered governance and reporting frameworks, enhanced metadata and lineage standards, and supported the development of Azure‑based data environments. My roles have included building data warehouses, implementing data‑quality rules and retention policies, and improving traceability across multi‑system processes. I have also contributed to lifecycle governance, audit and compliance activities, and the standardisation of data models and definitions.

My background includes developing MI/BI platforms, delivering Power BI reporting for operational, management, and board‑level audiences, and automating reporting processes using Power Automate and Azure‑based workflows. I have led or supported projects involving data warehousing, intranet development, sanctions‑screening automation, and acquisition‑related data migrations.

I take a practical, hands‑on approach to solution delivery and aim to improve consistency, transparency, and traceability in how data is defined, governed, and used. My experience spans both Agile and traditional environments, with a focus on producing clear, reliable outputs that support operational and strategic decision‑making.
