What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead AI and ERP/transformational programs with distributed teams, using structured PM methodology and strong change management. I want meaningful impact across stakeholders, clear delivery ownership, and continuous learning in digital transformation.

I’m a Senior Project Manager with 6 years of international project management experience driving digital transformation, grounded in a “proven methodology.” I’m PMP® Certified and trilingual (French, English, Mandarin), with a cross-cultural career path spanning Europe (France), America (United States), and Asia (Taiwan).

Since January 2023, I’ve worked as an IT Project management consultant (Wavestone, Paris / Remote), leading enterprise-scale delivery for major brands. I led an AI IT asset migration and retrieval workflow for Chanel Fragrance & Beauty, designed and delivered SAP migration to S4/HANA for AirLiquide Europe, and implemented change management at SNCF for deployment of new maintenance software.

From September 2020 to December 2023, I provided independent advisory, supporting program leadership on strategic cloud migration for Crédit Agricole - Corporate Investment Bank across distributed teams. I also organized crisis simulations for the Regional Health Agency and defense industry stakeholders and authored a White Paper for the UN World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), presenting insights to senior officials and member-state representatives.

Earlier in my career, I contributed to policy and market impact: I authored international relations briefings and weekly updates for a Member of Parliament as a Parliamentary assistant in Paris, and I delivered business analysis as a Business Analyst for Business France in Taipei.
