At Nass Company – Acquiring & Issuing Systems, I test live payment systems, prepare technical documentation, and work on fraud mitigation and database optimisation.
At NassWallet Digital Banking, I worked as a Senior Product Support Engineer and as an Integration Engineer on the Western Union–NassWallet API integration, working between product, engineering and external partners.
I taught Microsoft Excel at Lebanese French University (LFU), Qala and Mnara Institute, and other colleges and institutes. I reviewed and assessed student work, gave detailed feedback, and supervised undergraduate graduation projects.
For my MSc research, I fine-tuned and compared Whisper and Wav2Vec2 on Badini Kurdish speech data, then published the findings as an arXiv preprint. My thesis explored AI and machine learning for the Kurdish Badini dialect using NLP.
