What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead credit control and credit-risk teams to modernise processes, rebuild KPI/SLA accountability, and improve cash flow and arrears through data-led transformation and strong compliance governance.

I’m a commercially focused Credit & Risk leader with extensive management experience across property, asset finance, insolvency, and operational risk management. I’m known for delivering major improvements in arrears reduction, debtor day performance, and portfolio risk control through redesigned SLA frameworks and KPI models.

Most recently at Atlas FM, I was recruited to stabilise, restructure, and modernise a group credit function with significant performance, process, and control challenges. I designed end-to-end credit control processes and introduced clear KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards to improve cash flow, aged debt reduction, and debtor day performance.

Previously at JLL, I led multiple high-value institutional landlord portfolios and a large team, achieving a reduction of up to 58% in average payment terms of 60+ days to less than 29. At Hammerson, I implemented SLA frameworks and performance KPIs aligned to commercial strategy, supported governance across KYC/AML/sanctions, and reduced aged debt by 31% while delivering monthly insights to the Executive Board.

I bring system transformation expertise, compliance governance, enforcement strategy, and data-led decision making. I also take pride in leadership—recruitment, development, restructuring—and in partnering with Finance Directors, Operations, Sales, Legal, risk, and compliance teams to strengthen audit readiness and operational governance.
