I’m a hospitality professional driven by “a genuine passion for hospitality,” focused on creating unforgettable guest experiences “with a keen eye for details.” I bring “a global Swiss Embassy mindset” and a genuine interest in discovering “unique f&b service flavors from around the world,” including opportunities in international hospitality environments.

In my recent role as a Server at AL Najada by Tivoli, I supported day-to-day guest service while staying consistent with health and safety expectations. I greet and seat customers, present menus, make recommendations, and take “accurate orders,” then relay them to the kitchen and team members.

I also own the full service flow: serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, checking customer satisfaction, and handling payments and bills. I’m attentive to cleanliness and compliance (“Follow health and safety standards”), confident in upselling menu items and promotions, and comfortable addressing complaints by escalating issues when needed.
