I’m a hospitality and international tourism graduate-in-progress, trained in delivering service that feels welcoming and professional. Through my experience across Nepal, Hong Kong, and Dubai, I’ve supported guests with requests, inquiries, and issue resolution while keeping orders, billing, and transactions accurate using POS systems.

As a Food & Beverage trainee/intern, I handled opening and closing procedures, restocking, and upselling during events and banquets. I also enjoy multitasking in fast-paced environments—managing reservations, phone calls, and customer needs—while working closely with teams to contribute to smooth operations.
