What I'm looking for
I’m a process-oriented CSO who focuses on what I must do now to achieve the end goal. I follow the principle “obey first before you complain,” so my feedback is always based on first-hand experience.
From EMAPTA, I perform CSO responsibilities including administrative task work such as email management, data entry, booking client for an ENT assessment, and calendar management. I also complete medical reports on behalf of the ENT doctor and help clients confirm and sign the consultation form via Zoom.
As a CCA, I handle inbound and outbound calls and assist clients with their hearing aids needs, including supplies and appointment support. I’m careful about follow-through—so clients get clear assistance and smooth scheduling without gaps.
Before this, I worked as an Employment Verification Specialist at Sterling Talent Solutions, verifying applicants’ employment history and assessing credibility through a phone-based verification process. Earlier, I served as a Customer Service/Technical Support Specialist handling customer inquiries via phone, especially internet/printer-related issues.
