I am a human resources professional with hands-on experience leading end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities for both remote and government settings. I focus on delivering structured processes that improve retention and performance.

At my most recent role I oversaw payroll operations, collaborated with accounting for accurate disbursements, managed offboarding, and handled employee relations and disciplinary matters with fairness and compliance. I design and deliver training programs to upskill staff and promote a culture of accountability and growth.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management and bring strong planning, time-management, and executive support skills to HR operations. I am committed to continuous improvement and to building positive employee experiences.
