At Apex RCM Solutions, I lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations for a high-volume, multi-specialty client portfolio, from billing and claims submission through AR follow-up, denials, appeals, and payment posting. I achieved a 90% payment recovery rate on denied and rejected claims through proactive denial management and strategic appeals.

I’ve also led daily RCM operations at Revenue Cycle Experts and managed full-cycle professional and facility billing at UMP Solutions. Across Pain Management, Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers, I use audits, denial analysis, AR aging, and performance metrics to improve accuracy, compliance, and collections.

I partner with providers, coders, credentialing teams, and payers to resolve complex reimbursement issues while training billing teams, building SOPs, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA, CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer requirements.
