At CARE West Africa, I supported regional climate advocacy and programme initiatives, including work related to clean cooking and solar solutions for women entrepreneurs. I also conducted and supported research on what women’s rights organisations expect from international NGOs in the climate space.
I prepared advocacy products, concept notes, policy briefs, proposals, alerts and briefings, and coordinated engagement with partners and stakeholders. My work included helping translate research and complex information into clear, practical outputs.
Earlier, I translated research findings into accessible content for the Harvard Gender Action Portal and supported communications and research translation at the Institute of Economic Affairs. Across my programme and portfolio work with WACSI and other development-sector roles, I supported coordination, stakeholder engagement and knowledge management.
