What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support multicultural communities through culturally responsive case management and health promotion—partnering with health and community organisations to improve access, reduce stigma, and strengthen clients’ independence.

I’m a Social Worker and Health Promotion professional with over four years of experience supporting diverse and multicultural communities, including significant work with African and CALD communities. I combine a Master of Social Work, Master of Public Health, and Bachelor of Environmental Health to deliver holistic, culturally responsive approaches that strengthen primary care navigation, health literacy, and capacity building.

In my case management work, I coordinate plans that connect newly arrived migrants with health, housing, employment, and social support services—improving primary care access and settlement outcomes. I build trusted relationships with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, complete comprehensive needs and risk assessments, and adapt support as community needs evolve, while maintaining accurate documentation and safeguarding compliance.

I also bring practical strengths in advocacy, group facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration. From facilitating capacity-building orientation programs to conducting intake and safety planning for clients experiencing family violence, I empower people to independently navigate Australian systems and reduce health stigma. I’m motivated by work that is person-centred, culturally safe, and grounded in measurable service access and wellbeing outcomes.
