I’m looking for a role where I can deliver evidence-based behaviour support, collaborate across disciplines, and grow through professional development. I want to build safe, inclusive outcomes that improve quality of life for individuals and families.

I’m a dedicated Behaviour Analyst with over 10 years’ experience across education, government, and therapeutic settings. I develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans, trauma-informed approaches, and tailored interventions for individuals with complex needs.

I’m experienced in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), including functional behaviour assessments and behaviour intervention plans for learners aged 3 to 65. I thrive on interdisciplinary collaboration—working with schools, allied health teams, families, and multi-disciplinary professionals—to build holistic, evidence-based support frameworks that prioritize safety and inclusion.

As a supervisor and business owner, I mentor support workers and supervise behaviour technicians, manage group programs (including play and art therapy), and implement crisis & risk management procedures in line with NDIS standards. I’m committed to high-quality, measurable outcomes through effective program design, supervision, and ongoing reporting.
