What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a family-centered role where I can provide safe, nurturing childcare, plan engaging age-appropriate learning, and support growth with clear communication. I’m also interested in opportunities that value evidence-informed postpartum and newborn support.

I’m a Nanny providing full-time childcare for newborns through school-age children across multiple families over six years. I plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities, manage daily routines, and prepare nutritious meals while supporting developmental milestones through educational play.

I also bring a strong operational background from working in childcare leadership roles. I used ProCare to add payments and families into our system, organized and filed DCFS paperwork, and worked in accordance to DCFS guidelines—while helping families resolve issues, giving tours, answering phone calls, and supporting staff.

As a teacher and early childhood educator, I created monthly and weekly lesson plans, facilitated positive relationships with families, and maintained a clean and engaging environment for numerous age groups. I’ve supported centers by creating documents, maintaining front desk coverage, and helping run daily operations.

My education includes a BA in Applied Sciences in Human Development from Illinois State University, plus Birth and PostPartum Certification through Madriella Doula Network. I provide compassionate, evidence-informed prenatal support, labor assistance, postpartum care, breastfeeding support, and newborn care.
