I’m looking for a management role where I can own daily operations, staffing, labor, and cost control while strengthening guest experience. I want a team that values safety, coaching, and consistent standards.

I’m a General Manager with 8+ years of full-service restaurant experience, built on consistent promotions and a strong FOH and HOH background. I lead teams with a focus on daily execution, safety, and service quality.

At Simply Crêpes in Raleigh, I’ve managed restaurant operations since July 2023—first as Labor & Inventory Control Assistant General Manager (July 2023–March 2025) and now as General Manager (March 2025–Present). I manage staffing, scheduling, and labor while overseeing ordering, inventory, and vendors.

Before that, I worked at Red Robin in Garner (November 2021–July 2023), advancing through roles including Server (November 2021–January 2022), Shift Supervisor (January 2022–May 2022), Associate Manager (May 2022–September 2022), and Kitchen Manager (September 2022–July 2023). I’ve owned cost control, prep standards, and high-volume guest service.

I’m ServSafe certified and Microsoft Excel & Word (Certified), and I bring a coaching-first leadership style. I ensure food quality, cleanliness, and health compliance while building teams that deliver a great guest experience every shift.
