At BEYOND BORDERS LOGISTICS, I work as a Remote Logistics Coordinator, handling accessorial documentation and reviewing carrier invoices against initial quotes.
I track drivers’ locations and provide load updates to carrier representatives and customers. When a driver may miss a pickup or delivery schedule, I escalate the concern and offer possible solutions.
I also monitor daily EDI transaction logs and help resolve transmission failures, mapping errors, and rejected ship notices. My work includes creating and assigning trailers and entering driver and dispatcher information in TMS.
