I seek senior leadership roles that combine industry-university collaboration, R&D and technology transfer, project portfolio growth, and operational scaling in sustainable engineering environments.

I am a senior executive with 15 years of experience across irrigation technology, construction and higher education, specializing in project management, creation and direction of areas, and business development. I lead with a results orientation, resilience and a collaborative mindset.

At Universidad San Sebastián I designed and implemented strategies to position the Faculty as a key partner for technological and sustainable development, creating ICARUSS and promoting R&D collaborations that generated new funding opportunities. I led initiatives that increased annual adjudications by more than 15,000 UF, maintained a network of over 500 alumni, managed 350+ academic and professional projects and achieved an 85% project satisfaction rate, including implementing ISO 17.025 certification for the materials laboratory.

As founder and operations leader in private industry I scaled businesses and led large civil and hydraulic works, achieving annual revenues above $500 million and group revenues over $2,500MM, while managing contracts with major clients and delivering complex infrastructure projects. I complement this with university teaching, Scrum certifications and ongoing studies in digital transformation.
