I've coordinated daily operations across two School of Oom Yung Doe locations since 2018, creating an organized, positive, customer-focused learning environment. I develop practical instruction for students of varied ages and experience levels and lead workshops and community events.

Previously, I coordinated high-volume banquet production at Bellevue Club for events serving hundreds of guests, balancing timing, quality, and concurrent priorities. Across kitchen leadership roles at Calcutta Grill, McMenamins, and Subway, I managed workflows, inventory, scheduling, employee coordination, and customer issues.

I'm also a writer with narrative nonfiction and personal-development work, and I use AI-assisted content, research, editing, data entry, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to communicate clearly. I completed the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, covering network security, Linux, SQL, risk management, incident response, and security operations.
