What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an HR role where I can apply organizational psychology, communication, training facilitation, and team leadership to support employee engagement, employee relations, and workplace wellbeing.

I'm pursuing an MPhil in Professional Psychology with a major in Organizational Psychology, building on a Psychology degree with a 3.78 GPA. I'm focused on bringing human behavior, communication, and team leadership into an HR role.

As Team Lead at The Project Suicide, I led volunteers delivering mental health awareness campaigns across university campuses. I designed and facilitated training on active listening, empathy, and suicide-prevention strategies while coordinating volunteers and stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Through clinical psychology internships at FG Polyclinic Hospital and Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital, I've supported assessments, case-history collection, intake interviews, and confidential documentation. These experiences strengthened my structured interviewing, rapport-building, and behavioral assessment skills for employee relations and workplace wellbeing.
