Ravi Teja Gatla

I’m a Backend Developer specializing in building reliable, scalable, and secure server-side systems. I focus on modular, performance-optimized REST APIs using Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, and MongoDB, with strong emphasis on authentication and maintainable service-layer design.

In my recent role as a MERN Stack specialist, I developed REST APIs with JWT authentication, role-based access, and microservices communication, and I contributed to deployment best practices. I also worked on WhatsApp chatbots using Natural(NLP) for intent recognition and automated responses to improve user interaction.

I’ve built production-ready backend services for real workflows: Healthcare WhatsApp automation (appointments, reminders, rescheduling via WhatsApp Cloud API), a WhatsApp-based ecommerce shopping backend (product browsing, cart, order placement, webhook-driven flows), and a Smart Tyre Rethreading stock management platform (RBAC authorization, multi-location inventory tracking, FIFO/weight-based allocation, and scalable NestJS APIs). I enjoy turning complex requirements into clean APIs, reliable data handling, and scalable systems.
