In my role as an Associate Program Coordinator at the Blessing Foundation, I successfully coordinated the implementation of CSR-funded projects focusing on health, education, and women empowerment. My responsibilities included proposal writing, project documentation, and monitoring deliverables to ensure impactful outcomes. Additionally, I supported HR functions by assisting in volunteer onboarding and managing project timelines, which honed my skills in stakeholder management and adaptability.
