What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing enterprise SaaS role where I can own onboarding and customer success, translate business needs into technical solutions, and use AI, APIs, and web technologies to improve customer outcomes.

At Novatech Software, I guide international enterprise customers using TopTeam, a requirements-management SaaS platform, from onboarding and configuration through adoption and ongoing success. I turn vague business needs into workable solutions, troubleshoot issues, and connect customer feedback with engineering.

I also founded InvitationGuru, where I own the full lifecycle for 2,000+ customers and maintain a 4.9-star rating. I built and run its WordPress e-commerce experience, including custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, payment-checkout integration, and analytics tracking.

Alongside this work, I support international clients with technical SEO, AEO/GEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, and AI-assisted operational workflows.
