What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, compliance-driven loss mitigation role where I can negotiate sustainable payment solutions for borrowers, explain escrow and options clearly, and prevent delinquency with consistent documentation and empathetic communication.

I’m a Mortgage Loan Counselor and primary contact for borrowers across multiple mortgage portfolios, negotiating sustainable solutions to resolve delinquency and preserve homeownership. I structure customized payment plans and loss mitigation options, including forbearance, repayment plans, and Mortgage Assistance Application (MAA) guidance. I also analyze and explain escrow accounts, taxes, and insurance so borrowers clearly understand their payment breakdowns during life-altering events.

At TD Bank, I advanced from Debt Collector to Loss Mitigation Specialist for top performance resolving delinquent accounts. I negotiated payment solutions and settlements with defaulting clients to reduce delinquency and prevent charge-offs, while managing 50+ high-risk cases weekly. I assess customer financial hardships to recommend tailored repayment plans, forbearance, and loss mitigation options—always balancing compliance, documentation, and client communication in a fast-paced remote environment.

Alongside my mortgage work, I bring a strong client-care foundation from delivering 1:1 ABA therapy and providing companion care. I document session data and progress with clinical accuracy, and I’ve coordinated on-call coverage, onboarding, and scheduling—strengthening my crisis management, communication, and leadership instincts. For me, the goal is consistent: use empathy, accuracy, and clear options to help people move forward.
