What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Loss Mitigation position where I can leverage my knowledge of mortgage servicing, default management, and customer relations to assist borrowers in resolving delinquency issues.

At RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC, I manage delinquent accounts while following regulatory and investor standards. I conduct eligibility interviews for FHA/VA workouts, partial claims, and loan modifications.

I also manage property inspections, lien notifications, bankruptcy documentation, and loan transfers. I handle payment arrangements and support borrowers with insurance inquiries and web registration.

At Homepoint Financial, I guided borrowers through loss mitigation, reviewed their financial situations, and explained available workout options. I set up repayment plans and followed files through the foreclosure process when workout options were unsuccessful.

Earlier, I collected and negotiated repayment terms at Wells Fargo and collected past-due accounts at Auto One. I’m seeking a Loss Mitigation position where I can use my mortgage servicing, default management, and customer relations knowledge to help borrowers resolve delinquency issues.
