At Bristow Group I led an enterprise Windows 11 migration for 150+ endpoints, administered Veeam Backup & Replication, supported Azure resource provisioning and access controls, and automated endpoint deployment with PDQ Deploy. I provide Tier 2/3 support and collaborate regularly with systems, network, and security teams while maintaining technical documentation and runbooks.
