What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Data and AI platform strategy, build scalable organizations, and turn governed data, analytics, and ML capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

At Naranja X, I lead the company-wide Data & AI Core, expanding a 30-person Analytics and ML organization into nearly 80 professionals across platform engineering, architecture, analytics, data science, and AI. I launched a next-generation AWS and Snowflake platform strategy that unifies governed data products, real-time access, secure sharing, quality, observability, self-service analytics, and MLOps.

Across Mercado Libre, Factored, Xepelin, and Globant, I’ve built and scaled engineering and ML organizations, including leading 50+ ML professionals and directing two Centers of Excellence with 80+ engineers. I turn fragmented capabilities into platform-oriented operating models, align executive and client stakeholders, and connect technology investment to measurable business priorities.
