I am a results-driven retail and operations leader with over 26 years of PAN-India experience in sales, distribution, store rollouts and team building. I specialize in new store development, channel management, retail operations and sales strategy.
Throughout my career I have led multi-state expansions and managed large teams across operations, marketing and customer service, consistently delivering store-level profitability and strong revenue growth. I have hands-on experience negotiating site acquisitions and vendor contracts to enable rapid rollouts.
