At Nutanix, I developed ROI, TCO, and Business Value tools for the Worldwide Deal Solutions organization. I standardized models and automated outputs, reducing production time for customer-ready TCO presentations to under 15 minutes.
I also built an AI/LLM-based self-service TCO assistant so sales teams could complete preliminary assessments independently. Previously, at GOOTEN, I automated vendor charge reconciliation and uncovered incorrectly billed orders that recovered roughly 5% of total order cost.
