Former Consultant at BST (former Deloitte member firm), working on financial and commercial due diligence for buy- and sell-side M&A.

- Designed and owned a driver-based cohort model of the national ATM market (~130k units, to 2035 with a view to 2045, three scenarios, stress tests) for a major bank's acquisition; showed the target's plan achievable but overstated. Directed two consultants, received a performance bonus.

- Rebuilt fixed assets from scratch for one of the largest railcar lessors after an earlier attempt had stalled: merged ~700k rows from six entities in 2–3 weeks, reconciled to contracts, 1C and financial statements, helped prepare IFRS adjustments.

- Quality of earnings on most FDDs: normalised EBITDA and working capital; built a consolidated IFRS balance sheet and P&L for a group of ~40 entities.

- On every FDD, reconciled 1C ledgers and balances to contracts, bank statements and trial balances, and confirmed large transactions with counterparties.

- Identified material financial, regulatory and crypto-specific risks across 7 jurisdictions in the DD of an international crypto payments company; reconciled its cash and crypto holdings to bank and exchange statements.

- Challenged a +45% single-year growth jump in the business plan of one of the country's largest education groups (cohorts, retention, CAC, pricing).

Before that, business valuation intern at B1 (former EY member firm): worked on the DCF valuation of two sawmill plants and processed a large international trade dataset in Python.
