I’m a finance professional working across M&A and investments, with a strong emphasis on decision-ready analytics. At Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk & Transactions team, I build three-statement financial models that support financing and leadership discussions—turning assumptions into DSCR/LLCR metrics, IRR and returns, and clear scenario outcomes.

My work spans real-debt and capital-market use cases, including a wind farm long-term debt financing model featuring DSCR/LLCR analysis, IRR/returns, and scenario testing under different energy yield and interest-rate assumptions. I also developed a retail-sector minibond issuance model covering revenue projections, working capital dynamics, and covenant headroom analysis, using tools like Copilot in Excel and AI-assisted drafting to speed up scenario structuring and improve documentation quality.

Beyond financing modeling, I support sell-side M&A mandates by building driver-based financial models and ROI/returns analyses, and preparing CIMs and management presentations that communicate complex financial data clearly for executive decision-making. Earlier, at EY, I led engagement work to develop comprehensive three-statement models for long-term debt financing and managed a PPA for a private TMT company acquisition, while executing 40+ valuations across multiple industries for M&A and valuation-related purposes.

In venture capital, I led end-to-end investment processes—evaluating unit economics, CAC payback, and go-to-market scalability, coordinating due diligence, and negotiating Investment Agreements. I created investment memos for B2B SaaS opportunities with ROI/payback modeling and stress tests that supported four closed deals and two follow-on rounds totaling ~€10 million, served as a board observer tracking ARR, churn, burn rate, and operational KPIs, and built an AI-powered sourcing tool that increased deal flow by 20% while strengthening portfolio monitoring with frameworks for ARR, burn multiple, and CAC payback.
