What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role in Operations, Logistics, Freight, Imports/Exports, or Customer/Client Operations.

At Natural Product Holdings, I supervise day-to-day operations and support a team of six across customer care, order management, logistics and fulfilment. I coordinate e-commerce and wholesale orders from inventory availability through dispatch and delivery.

I also coordinate international imports and exports by airfreight and seafreight, following shipments from initiation through delivery. I prepare and follow up on shipping documentation and liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, suppliers and carriers.

From May to November 2025, I acted as Operations Manager, supporting operational planning, workflow coordination and decision-making across customer care, imports, shipping, warehousing and fulfilment. In my current role, I use Shopify, SAGE, flowIQ, Gorgias, Leadtime and Google Workspace to manage orders, customer queries and operational workflows.
