I negotiate, draft, and execute 150+ agreements annually, with a 24-hour first-response standard and a 2–3 day average turnaround.
I support APAC Legal Counsel on cross-border advisory across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. I also advise on GDPR, PDPA, and the DPDP Act, 2023, and redesigned CLM workflows to streamline contract tracking and milestone management.
At SoftwareOne India Private Limited, I reviewed and negotiated commercial agreements and conducted OFAC sanctions screening. Earlier, at Indian PAC Consulting Private Limited, I worked on commercial contracts and compliance frameworks, and served as the primary legal liaison with the Election Commission of India and MCMC during state election campaigns.
