What I'm looking for

I seek MEAL roles where I can apply data-driven monitoring, strengthen MIS, build team capacity, and contribute to measurable program impact in humanitarian settings.

I am a MEAL specialist with hands-on experience across nutrition, disaster risk reduction, health, education, and livelihood programs funded by WFP, USAID, UNICEF, UNHCR and others.

I have designed and implemented M&E plans and tools (DIP, IPTT, ITT, PDM, DQA), led baseline and endline surveys, and managed MIS and real-time tracking systems using KoboToolbox and CommCare.

I routinely ensure data quality through DQA, supervision and validation, produce donor-compliant reports, and document success stories to guide program improvement and learning.

I also build staff capacity on MEAL tools and accountability systems, and apply advanced data analysis and visualization (IBM SPSS, Power BI, Excel) to inform decision-making and strengthen program impact.
