At Christian Aid (CA) Bangladesh, I lead the consortium MEL activities and manage partnerships for the EU-funded ECSAP project. I provide mentoring support to two lead partners and 40 local organizations, and prepare project reports that include a dashboard tracking capacity development progress.
Previously, at ACDI/VOCA, I led development and implementation of the Performance Monitoring Plan and Evaluation Plan for the USDA-supported Bangladesh Climate Smart Agriculture project. At Transparency International Bangladesh, I developed results-chain and MEL frameworks and supported reliable data systems and donor reporting.
At Manusher Jonno Foundation, I led the MEL function for Bangladesh's Women’s Voice and Leadership multi-country project and developed frameworks with 18 partner organizations. My work spans evaluations, data quality, partner capacity building, and evidence-based learning; I hold a postgraduate diploma in MEAL and a master’s in development studies.
