I'm currently strengthening MEAL systems at SATHEE for multi-sector development programmes, translating theories of change and results frameworks into indicators, monitoring plans, databases and reporting workflows.
I manage indicator trackers and dashboards using Excel, Power Query, Power BI and Access, while supporting baseline studies, evaluation missions and mixed-method assessments. My work helps teams use validated data and evidence for project steering.
Across ADRA Bangladesh, Caritas Bangladesh, PROTTYASHI, RIC and BRAC, I've supported development and emergency-response programmes through donor-aligned reporting, data-quality assurance, digital data collection and organizational learning.
I've worked on climate resilience, disaster risk reduction, environmental sustainability and community development outcomes. I bring practical experience with KoBoToolbox, ODK, ONA, SPSS, Stata, Tableau and ArcGIS, alongside a focus on clear reporting and adaptive management.
