What I'm looking for

I seek a senior MEAL/M&E role in education or social programs where I can lead data-driven monitoring, strengthen accountability, mentor teams, and scale impact for marginalized communities.

I am an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL/M&E) professional with over 21 years of progressive experience in education programs across Bangladesh. I have led large-scale baseline, midline and endline surveys, designed M&E frameworks, and managed data systems using SPSS, Kobo, CommCare and Power BI.

My work emphasizes inclusive programming for marginalized groups, child protection, nutrition and early childhood education, and I have a proven record of improving program quality and data reliability by designing robust indicator systems and conducting frequent field monitoring.

I have trained and mentored field staff and volunteers, developed knowledge products and learning events, and produced donor-ready reports and evidence that informed program redesigns. I also implemented digital databases and accountability mechanisms that streamlined reporting and reduced errors.
