What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build user-centric, bilingual UX content, run content audits, and also evaluate multimodal/voice AI so product experiences stay accurate, culturally relevant, and high-performing.

I’m a Content Designer with 6 years of experience crafting user-centric UX copy for leading e-commerce platforms. I shape creative copy for banners and sale campaigns, maintain brand voice and tone, and partner with Engineering, Design, and User Research teams to define user models and interfaces that feel seamless.

I spearheaded the end-to-end launch of the Malayalam Experience on the platform and led end-to-end UX content audits to identify issues and coordinate fixes within the content management system. Beyond UX writing, I’ve done work as an AI Evaluation Specialist (Multimodel & Voice), benchmarking models for reasoning, factual accuracy, coherence, latency, and safety rubrics, and rating Speech-to-Speech outputs to improve low-latency, bi-directional, culturally accurate communication.
