I’m an Operational Head with 10+ years of experience in operations management, customer service leadership, team handling, and stakeholder engagement. I’m results-driven and focused on managing premium customer relationships, resolving escalations, and improving service delivery.

In my current role at Connexus Infotech Pvt Ltd, I lead daily operations and service delivery teams, maintain SLA compliance, and use reporting dashboards to monitor performance. I handle escalations, coordinate across departments for a seamless customer experience, and improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention through consistent service execution.
