I'm seeking senior leadership opportunities as a Scrum Master, Salesforce Project Manager, or Agile Coach in Pune or remotely, where I can enable scalable, high-impact delivery through Agile, Salesforce, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.

At Michelin India, I lead complex, multi-stakeholder transformation projects as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, strengthening delivery predictability, resource utilization, risk control, and customer satisfaction through Agile governance and service-model implementation.

Previously, I drove Salesforce delivery at The Optimum HR, Cognizant, and Yardi Software, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, product management, business analysis, administration, automation, reporting, and user adoption. I've managed and mentored cross-functional teams of up to 30 people, facilitated PI planning and Scrum ceremonies, and translated business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
