What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help leaders make enterprise AI practical: redesigning workflows and roles, building workforce capability, establishing governance and accountability, and measuring real business value.

I've built businesses, operating systems, and workforce capability for more than 20 years, most recently helping leaders turn enterprise AI availability into practical use, stronger workflows, clear guardrails, and measurable value through Excelsior Consulting.

As Founder and Managing Director of Excelsior Facilities Management in China, I grew a startup into a $45M+ business with 600+ employees and 62 active client sites across eight markets. I owned P&L, strategy, organizational design, customer delivery, commercial growth, leadership development, and performance systems.

I redesign work around accountable ownership and practical execution. In healthcare operations, my workflow and accountability redesign contributed to approximately 60% higher uptime, 75% lower downtime, 90% fewer incidents, and MTTR improvement from more than six hours to approximately 45 minutes.
