I’m looking to partner with leaders who want AI and automation outcomes tied to measurable value—where I can build governance/operating models, drive adoption roadmaps, align executives, and turn complex decisions into execution-ready plans.

I’m a management consulting and transformation leader with 15+ years helping organizations navigate large-scale technology adoption, enterprise transformation, operational change, and strategic decision-making. I consistently translate ambiguity into structured, actionable plans—using governance and operating models to align stakeholders and reduce implementation risk across complex environments.

Most recently, as Founder & Principal at convergentAF, I’ve focused on AI-enabled decision systems, organizational effectiveness, and emerging technology adoption. Previously, at UiPath I managed PwC’s multi-year global automation transformation program for 55,000+ users and led development of an Automation Operating Model for a 50-person team. Earlier roles included portfolio governance and readiness leadership at Snowflake, Hershey, Dell EMC, and SunGard Availability Services, where I built business cases, roadmap and planning frameworks, and portfolio governance processes that supported major transformation initiatives.
