What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can manage loan files end-to-end, ensure compliance and quality control, and coordinate with borrowers and vendors to deliver accurate, on-time closings in a detail-driven environment.

I’m a Senior Loan Processor with extensive experience managing loan files from application through closing. I focus on documentation, compliance, condition clearing, quality checks, and coordination—so every file is complete, accurate, and ready for fulfillment.

In my current work at Bank of America, I process complete loan applications, gather and verify income/asset/credit documents, and ensure adherence to federal guidelines and lending policies. I manage multiple files at once, meet deadlines, handle more complex files or escalations (High net worth), and maintain strong pipeline management for timely closings.

Before banking, I built customer-facing operations and administrative expertise as a Dental Assistant/Front Office Insurance and later as a District Manager for Donuts. I’m known for organizational strength, communication, and attention to detail—qualities I now apply to loan processing and data entry quality, while supporting teams through training, coaching, and consistent execution.
