At Royal Hashemite Court, I manage on-the-ground execution for four Royal Initiatives across 14 locations in Jordan. I scope sites, vet operators, and draft official contracts under executive leadership and guidance.
I follow up daily with vendor operations, partner entities, and government officials, and write internal memos and progress reports to ensure compliance. I also create quarterly financial statements to support budgetary adherence.
For one initiative, I authored a 14-page guide handbook based on lessons learned from its first-stage implementation. It standardizes onboarding, daily management, and media strategies to support entrepreneurs.
Previously, I co-managed governmental and intragovernmental projects at Korea International Cooperation Agency, and designed and delivered webinar series at Global Nomads Group. My work has also included refugee healthcare access and community events at Sacred Circle Healthcare.
