What I'm looking for
I’ve spent nearly a decade working across legal, administrative, and customer-facing roles in Costa Rica and Germany, and I’m most focused on legal assistance. I manage case files day-to-day, coordinate with external facilities to request and organize medical records and legal documents, and prepare materials for trial so attorneys have what they need—on time and complete.
I’m the person who keeps track of the details: I update and organize the case management system, act as a point of contact for clients about case status, and stay patient and clear under pressure. My fluency in Spanish and English (with some German from time in Berlin) helps me communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds.
Beyond legal work, I bring experience from fast-paced environments—handling guest needs as a receptionist, supporting customers through calls/chats/emails, and reviewing high volumes of social media content against policy guidelines with careful documentation. Outside of work, I’m learning web development and design through tools like VS Code, GitHub, and Vercel, and I enjoy picking up new systems quickly.
