What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build a career in HR within a multinational organization, contributing to talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement while continuing to grow my HR skills.

I've supported recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, and compliance processes as an HR Assistant Intern at LNJ Bhilwara Group’s RSWM Ltd.

I'm pursuing an MBA in HR and bring HR Generalist certification, working knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, HRIS, and HR analytics tools. I’m interested in building my HR career within multinational organizations.
