I’m an EMR Consultant and Healthcare Business Analyst with 5+ years of US Healthcare IT experience, specializing in EMR/EHR applications and Epic solutions. I focus on clinical workflow analysis, healthcare application configuration, and system optimization to help teams deliver reliable care experiences.

In my current role as Business Integration Architecture Senior Analyst (Epic EMR), I provide production support, issue analysis, and maintenance for Epic EMR applications. I troubleshoot HL7 Interface messages in patient work queues, support MyChart provider scheduling settings, and manage document reindexing to ensure accurate patient visibility within Epic.

I also drive enhancements end-to-end: gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications and workflows, and conducting UAT with product owners. I’ve built and maintained Epic components (MyChart Questionnaires, Reports, Flowsheets, SmartText, SmartPhrases, SmartForms, Navigators, Synopsis, and Form Filler) and supported service requests and incidents using Ivanti.

Beyond support, I automate workflows with UiPath Studio and contribute to rigorous testing with tools like JIRA and HP ALM. Through 16+ regression testing cycles with zero production defects and work across 150+ appointment reminder workflows, I aim to improve clinical and operational efficiency; I was also recognized with the “The Extra Mile Award.”
