What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a healthcare business analysis role where I can translate clinical, claims, and EHR workflows into clear requirements, testable solutions, and compliant Agile delivery alongside clinical, product, development, and QA teams.

I've supported Cerner inpatient workflow enhancements at CitiusTech and the Helix provider platform at Infosys, turning clinical, billing, and payer requirements into BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and UAT scripts. I work across EHR/EMR workflows, EDI 837/835 transactions, RCM processes, and healthcare API integrations.

My background includes Cerner clinical workflows for Adventist Healthcare and clinical documentation and coding QA for US-ACS. I bring CPC-certified knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS, CMS, HIPAA, SQL validation, and defect traceability to help clinical, product, development, and QA teams deliver compliant healthcare solutions.
