I’m a Healthcare IT System Analyst with extensive experience in the Health Care IT sector, focused on HL7 standards, Epic implementations, and electronic medical record (EMR) applications. I help ensure integrations run reliably by troubleshooting interface issues and supporting production.

At Accenture, I’m certified in Epic Bridges and work on Epic projects supporting Ohio Health. I handle Epic Bridges errors by managing Error Workqueues and audit reports, and I monitor Cloverleaf interfaces while resolving problems and gathering requirements from vendors. I also manage ServiceNow priority tickets (SCTasks, Incidents, Stories, Change Requests) and provide weekend on-call production support.

Previously, I supported implementations across Epic and Meditech to third-party systems, setting up and testing interfaces between Epic/Meditech and vendor applications such as PACS, Radloop, Omnicell, and Statrad. I created interfaces using Iguana—sending ADT and ORM data based on vendor time zones—and supported interface migrations and product support ticket resolution. Earlier at Sutherland, I completed 25+ successful PM and EMR interface go-lives across US hospitals, leveraging HL7 knowledge to implement, test, and provide post-implementation support.
